Return policy
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you have received any Items damaged of Faulty, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the items by emailing us or calling us.
If you received the parts damaged, we may ask you to email us the pictures of the damaged parts.
We will advise you if the items need to be returned, if they need to be returned we will email you Return labels as per our Return process.
If the item is deemed to be damaged or faulty then we will send you the replacement within one business day, if item is not in stock we will order it from the manufacturer within one business day.
If a refund is required, full refund will be issued within one business day of the item being damaged or faulty. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method.
Not as Described Returns
If you have received any Items which were not ordered or not as described, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the items by emailing us or calling us.
We will send you the correct item within one business day, if item is not in stock we will order it from the manufacturer within one business day.
If a refund is required, full refund will be issued within one business day of receipt of the returned item. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method. Please do not send credit card or bank account details with your return as they are not required to process a refund.
We will email you return labels as per our Return process to return the incorrect item back to us.
Incorrectly ordered items or no longer required.
If you have ordered an item incorrectly or no longer require the item, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the items by emailing us or calling us.
Please note any items which need to be returned must be in their original packaging and not used. If the item has been used or fitted, then we reserves the right to reject the claim.
Electrical items that the packaging has been opened are considered fitted and are not returnable
The parts will need to be returned to us at your cost and in some cases a handling fees of 10% of item value may apply
A refund for original purchase price will be issued within 7 days of returned parts, Refunds will be applied to the original payment method. Please do not send credit card or bank account details with your return as they are not required to process a refund.

We are committed to fast dispatch times and make every effort to make sure the parts listed on our website are available.
In case an ordered part is not in stock we will order the part from the manufacturer within one business day
In case an ordered item is no longer available or on backorder, we will contact you within 2 business days to notify you about any alternative parts or issue a full refund.
We use Australia post as our main freight carrier.
Shipping times from our Freight carriers are estimated at between 5-10 business days depending on your location within Australia.
Tracking code is provided with all our shipments however we cannot provide guarantee on freight times as we are fully reliant on Australia Post and other carriers.
If you require express delivery please contact us, an additional fee may apply.
